Giftable Baked Goods Series: Making Syrups

Who doesn't love a little extra splash of sweetness in their life! In this class, you will learn how to make a variety of syrups for coffee flavor, including classic vanilla and caramel. You will also learn how to make a nice caramel/butterscotch sauce and chocolate sauce, all usable for coffee, tea, pies, cakes, other pastries, or any sweet treats! Chef Kim will show participants some gift-packing options, but these syrups will not be able to be frozen for the future, though they will keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks and make excellent, truly unique gifts!
