In this class, you will learn how to make this popular food staple so that you can do it out of your own home. You will learn meat selection, preparation, different ways to cure and smoke bacon, and of course how to cook bacon. This class will cover three different kinds of bacon:
- Hot Smoke Bacon (belly)
- Back Bacon (loin)
- Arkansas Bacon (shoulder)
What you learn can be done at home with no special equipment. Your reward will be BLTs three ways with classic sides. Participants will leave with even more bacon to cure at home!
