Movies at the Museum: The Muppet Christmas Carol (1996)

Gather the whole family for this heartwarming film featuring everyone’s favorite comedy crew: The Muppets!

In this classic Dickens holiday tale, Kermit the Frog plays family man Bob Cratchit and Sir Michael Caine plays the stingy Ebenezer Scrooge.

Other Muppets – like Miss Piggy, Gonzo, Fozzie Bear, and Sam the Eagle – weave in and out of the story as Scrooge receives visits from spirits of three Christmases: past, present and future. They show him the error of his self-serving ways, but the miserable old man seems to be past any hope of redemption and happiness.
