Count Porkula BBQ was established in 2008. It was founded by two eager fellas with a vision to serve the best BBQ in Little Rock, Arkansas! What started as a hobby, quickly turned into a passion and now Count Porkula brings its tender, delicious BBQ and sides to you.
Catering is a huge part of what the count is all about. They can work with you to custom build a menu for events of all sizes. Count Porkula primarily smokes with pecan or hickory wood to add the perfect smoke flavor in every bite. All the meat is prepared with their homemade rub that is full of flavor and has a nice kick. They also have a coffee rub that marries well with slow-smoked brisket. Everything is served buffet style and the crew are glad to slice and pull on site at your request for the ultimate freshness & BBQ experience.
