Nothing says summer quite like Arkansas watermelon, and The Natural State is known for producing some of the finest in the world. That’s what Garden & Gun magazine thought, too, when an editor reminisced about eating Arkansas watermelon as a child. Research led her to Little Rock’s Capi Peck, Trio’s executive chef and co-owner. Peck is no stranger to fresh Arkansas produce as she has been incorporating it into her menus for more than 30 years.
