The Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts hosts Fridays on the Lawn every summer. Between 5 PM and 8 PM, the arts venue sets out lawn games, hosts vendors, and welcomes families to chill out on the grass, play games, and enjoy the evening air. The evening is free, but the museum offers an option to add a reservation to the museum's Park Grill to your afternoon.

Nearby the national cemetery is the Arkansas Korean War Veterans Memorial. Read the quotes and stories engraved into the stone arch of the memorial before stopping a moment at the statues and flags at the heart of it. Depicting two soldiers and two children in bronze, the monument pays tribute to those who served under the American flag.
