Celebrated for its diverse cultures, this is the city's largest district in size and is home to a wealth of ethnic restaurants specializing in Indian, Asian, and Latin American cuisines, as well as great soul food offerings.

It is also home to UA-Pulaski Technical College's Culinary Arts and Hospitality Institute, the Outlets of Little Rock, and Bass Pro Shop's Outdoor World.

Plaza Frida is a unique development in Southwest Little Rock which broke ground in 2020. It is a mixed-use development which features locally-owned establishments and outdoor event space. Its goal is for Hispanic culture – showcased through small, local businesses – to shine.
