New Restaurants
Tamalcalli
Tamalcalli opened their second location in 2026. Dine on all their fan favorites at their new west Little Rock locations, from their quesadillas and burritos to their nachos and birria ramen bowl. Never tried Tamalcalli? Their modern twist on authentic Mexican dishes is sure to surprise you with their bold flavors, tasty combinations, and creative flair. And order it all to go thanks to their handy drive-thru.
The Root Cafe
Joining the West Little Rock restaurant scene alongside Tamalcalli is the Root Cafe, which has opened their newest location in Breckenridge Village. Grab a seat inside, or take advantage of the nice weather by snagging a spot at their patio tables, and enjoy tasty dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, all made with local ingredients and fresh produce
Luce Italian Kitchen
You’ve never had Italian like Luce Italian Kitchen’s, because it’s all homemade right down to the pasta. Made fresh daily, their authentic pasta dishes are just the start of their fresh ingredients. Luce ensures only the best produce with their seasonal menus, which means keeping in-season flavors at the forefront of their dining and making Italian dishes just a little more local.
North Bar
Within the Bowman Point Apartments is the North Bar, whose original location was featured on the Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. This addition to their lineup of restaurants is accessible through the west 36th Street side of the complex. This location continues their gourmet bar style and menu. Eat from their Flavor Town Favorites, including Green Thumb Veggie Burger, Sweet and Sour Bird, and Arkansas BBQ Bologna Burger.
ZAZA
Bite into Southern Italian classics at the Italian restaurant, ZAZA. Their menu features wood-fired pizza, salads, and gelato. This family-friendly dining spot offers a limited kids’ menu, perfect for pickier eaters, with options like cheese pizza and fried chicken.
The Croissanterie
The Croissanterie isn't new to Little Rock, but it did just move into a bigger space to keep up with it's growing popularity. For those just getting to know this amazing French restaurant, The Croissanterie puts a Southern spin on French classics, creating flavorful combinations you won’t find anywhere else. Take the corn and honey supreme, featuring sweet corn, as an example. There’s no denying that their pastries are out of this world, both in taste and creativity. Their talented pastry chefs also know how to do the classics for those who prefer something simple, with buttery, flaky croissants that are hard to beat.
Loca Luna
Loca Luna closed in 2025 for a few renovations and has officially reopened in 2026 with a new interior and new menu. Their comeback is one you won’t want to miss, and is accompanied by live music from local musicians. Their new menu stays true to classic American meals, with a variety of steaks, chicken, burgers, and salads, but adds that charming Loca Luna flair to every bite.
Local Lime
Local Lime, a local staple, has reopened at their new location after occupying their cozy corner spot for the last 15 years. Their new restaurant features the same classy and warm interior with their signature menu of cocktails and tasty tacos. Local Lime is a must for anyone with dietary restrictions thanks to their menu, which offers vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options.
