Emerald Park Trail at Burns Park

"It doesn't matter which direction you go; there's a challenging climb ahead of you. The trail on the northern side is extremely rocky, especially the bottom third. It is marked by seven switchbacks and is a pretty lengthy climb. The trail on the southern side is less rocky but is steeper overall. (View this trail on MTBProject)

The trail on top connects Emerald Park and Fort Roots is paved and has many scenic overlooks of the Arkansas River, the state Capitol, and downtown Little Rock."
