The Arkansas Strength Expo is an event to showcase all the strong men and women across the state-along with participants from other states. This year’s event will include Strongman and two powerlifting competitions on Saturday, CrossFit on Sunday, as well as arm wrestling on both days. One of our new events this year is WAA entertainment wrestling. We will also have a variety of vendors, including fitness, supplements, and local businesses. Additionally, massage therapists and other professionals will be available to work with our athletes and spectators.
