The UA-PTC Foundation presents the 15th annual Diamond Chef Arkansas at the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institute. This Iron Chef-style competition features student teams led by professional chefs, restaurant tasting stations, a culinary-themed auction, wine pull, and live entertainment. The evening also honors leaders in hospitality and celebrates 15 years of culinary excellence. VIP and general admission tickets are available.
