The Partnership for Community Enrichment presents Oceans of Stories: A Festival for Children at Plaza Frida. This free family event features live entertainment, including a stilt walker, juggler, hula hoop lessons, and a special visit from Flurffy, mascot of the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts. Guests of all ages will take home a book, making it a joyful celebration of reading, creativity, and community.
