Guests can place bets on win, place, or show while cheering on jockeys riding blow-up stick horses, dressed in creative sponsor-themed looks and competing for best-dressed honors. Hosted by the Little Rock Afterhours Rotary, this lively event combines playful competition with a meaningful mission to help eradicate polio.
