Named a “Next Great Neighborhood” by Southern Living – home to unique restaurants and shops and The Bernice Garden, a community gathering spot and sculpture garden featuring works by Arkansas artists. Residents flock to the neighborhood to dine at farm-to-table eateries like The Root Cafe, Loblolly Creamery, Mockingbird Beer & Tacos and Community Bakery, a local institution.
The South Main Entertainment District (SOMED) allows guests aged 21 and older to carry alcoholic beverages in approved cups while wearing a SOMED wristband in all public spaces and participating commercial properties, within the boundaries. Cups and wristbands are available at participating establishments.
