For decades, Little Rock has marked Juneteenth by bringing people together in ways that highlight the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit of the Black community. Little Rock’s Juneteenth in Da Rock celebration is organized by the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center, Arkansas’ only museum dedicated to preserving and sharing the stories, history, and culture of Black Arkansans.
