Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau Announces September 2026 'Jazz in the Park' Lineup

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (August 24, 2026) — Jazz in the Park returns to the River Market this September, putting four nights of live music on the calendar from September 2 through September 23. The Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau (LRCVB), in partnership with Art Porter Music Education, Inc., will bring Little Rock musicians to the River Market Pavilions at 400 President Clinton Avenue each Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. for the free concert series, which has been a fixture of the River Market since 2013.

"Jazz in the Park is a great reminder that you don’t have to look far to find incredible music in Little Rock," said LRCVB President & CEO Gina Gemberling. "We’re excited to put these artists in front of an audience downtown and give both visitors and residents a chance to be immersed in the creativity and talent that brings this city to life.”

This season moves through Blues, R&B, Jazz, Funk, and Soul, with a new act taking the stage each Wednesday:

• September 2: The Rodney Block Collective featuring Bijoux (Jazz/Funk)
• September 9: Dino D & the D Train Band (Soul/Blues)
• September 16: The Rod P Outfit (Jazz/R&B)
• September 23: Crissy P (Neo-Soul/R&B)

Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or picnic blankets. Coolers are not permitted. The concerts are open to all ages and dog friendly.

Bring dinner along and settle in for the show or grab a drink at the River Market. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase, with proceeds benefiting the Art Porter Music Education scholarship fund. Cash, Cash App, and credit cards will be accepted.

Make a night of it with everything the River Market District has to offer before or after the concert. Restaurants, entertainment, museums, and outdoor spaces are all within reach, making it easy to keep exploring once the music wraps. In the event of rain, concerts will move indoors to Ottenheimer River Market Hall.
