Little Rock Farmers Market Returns for 2026 Season
52nd year for a downtown classic, featuring fresh produce and artisan goods
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Little Rock Farmers Market returns for 2026 on Saturday, May 16. The market will be open every Saturday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. through Aug. 1 in the River Market pavilions, located at 400 President Clinton Ave.
Now in its 52nd season, the Little Rock Farmers Market brings together farmers, artisans and food producers from across the state. Guests can shop a wide variety of seasonal offerings from over 50 vendors, including farm-fresh produce, locally prepared baked goods and handmade arts and crafts.
Originally established on Main Street in 1974, the market relocated to the River Market pavilions in 1996. It has since become a cornerstone of downtown culture, supporting small businesses and connecting the community with local farmers, producers and makers.
“We’re excited to welcome the community back to the Little Rock Farmers Market for another great season,” said Gina Gemberling, president and CEO of the Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau (LRCVB). “The market is always a highlight of summer weekends downtown, attracting growers, foodies and visitors in a way that celebrates the best of Little Rock.”
The LRCVB is committed to ensuring accessibility for all residents. Many vendors at the market accept Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits, and signage will be displayed at the participating booths. SNAP tokens can be purchased from the Farmers Market Manager’s Tent in the center of the Farmers Market.
“The Little Rock Farmers Market has long been a symbol of the energy and creativity of Little Rock's downtown,” said Elizabeth Alexander, manager of the Little Rock Farmers Market. “We look forward to welcoming families, producers and visitors to experience everything the market has to offer this season.”
While exploring vendors, guests aged 21 and older can also enjoy adult beverages within the River Market Entertainment District (RMED). Free parking is available for market patrons in the lot behind the market and in the River Market parking deck at Second Street and River Market Avenue. Accessible parking is available from the lot off Ottenheimer and President Clinton Avenue.
