River Market Live! returns for 2025 season.
Special Events Planned for June, July, August and September.
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (May 27, 2025) — The Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau (LRCVB) announces the return of River Market Live!, a live event series set in the River Market District. The events will feature a diverse lineup of live performances, offering memorable entertainment experiences for locals and visitors alike.
“This series is more than just a great time — it’s an invitation for visitors and locals to experience our downtown charm that offers something for everyone. Whether that’s grabbing a bite to eat before or after the live performance, exploring the River Market Entertainment District or enjoying our beautiful riverfront,” said Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau President & CEO Gina Gemberling.
River Market Live! kicks off on Thursday, June 12, as a pre-Juneteenth Celebration at the First Security Amphitheater at 6 p.m. with a live concert performed by Rodney Block & his All-Star Friends.
“River Market Live! continues LRCVB’s Big on Little Rock commitment to building pride in our capital city,” said LRCVB event coordinator, Elizabeth Alexander. “We look forward to hosting these events in the heart of Little Rock.”
Programs like these are opportunities to join forces with pillars in the Little Rock community. The LRCVB will partner with Art Porter Music Education, Inc. for the June, July and August events. And, for the September 27 event, the LRCVB and Plaza Frida will again team up to host a Hispanic Heritage Month festival.
The River Market Live! series is open to the public, and admission is free. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase on-site. Chairs will be provided, or people can bring their own. Learn more here.
