Bray Gourmet opened in downtown Little Rock in July of 2012. Owner and chef Chris Bray, a 2006 graduate of the University of Arkansas, is a Little Rock native whose culinary career was inspired by his father, who spent 18 years mastering the restaurant business.
Their deli serves homemade soups, fresh salads, quarter-pound sandwiches, fully-loaded spuds, and delicious wraps.
They specialize in smoked turkey spreads (variations include Original, Jalapeno and Cajun), smoked deli meats, and any possible to-go deli needs.
They offer both delivery and catering options.
