Secret sauces, old Southern recipes blended naturally in this setting to create Corky’s unique blend of hickory-smoked ribs and barbeque. Meaty, tender, mouth-watering St. Louis-style ribs and slow cooked hand-pulled barbeque, basted and seasoned with our own secret blend of spices and Corky’s world-famous barbeque sauce. In June of 1996 we began our own Corky’s tradition “Little Rock style,” and we’re proud to say we’ve won many awards of our own.
