El Sur Street Food Co.

El Sur Street Food Co. was born a local food truck and has grown to a full-service restaurant today. It is inspired by Honduran and Latin American food (and family recipes) featuring baleadas, tacos and arepas. Their vision came from a taco Friday tradition started when owner Luis Vasquez was volunteering for a nonprofit. He and his housemates would make different authentic Latin American food on Friday nights.

Built on a mission of openness and connection, the restaurant creates a welcoming space for everyone. As a certified Green Restaurant, El Sur also incorporates thoughtful practices that help reduce waste and support more sustainable operations.
