What was once the Holt Furniture Company, built in 1918, has been uniquely restored into an urban event venue to host your dream event. Nestled in the West Seventh Street Historical District of downtown Little Rock, Arkansas, The building still has many of its original vestiges like its small arched windows and wood-framed transom windows, plate glass storefront windows, and fluted cast iron columns - this charm is unlike any other venue!
