The Arkansas Black Mayors Association (ABMA) invites civic leaders, city staff, youth delegates, nonprofit executives, and corporate partners to two days of programming built around a single goal: equipping Black municipal leaders across Arkansas to build stronger, more equitable cities. Hosted at Robinson Center in Little Rock, the Summit brings together sitting mayors, department directors, and community stakeholders for hands-on sessions in governance, leadership, and civic development, culminating in a formal Gala honoring the state's most influential Black civic leaders. Every session is built to produce something concrete, whether that's a new partnership, a policy commitment, or a plan attendees can act on within 90 days.
