There’s nothing finer than enjoying a delicious meal and finely crafted beverage outdoors on a beautiful day or evening. Especially after you’ve been cooped indoors all day. If that’s your jam, Little Rock has plenty to choose from. Here’s a few of our favorites.
The Pantry
This European-owned restaurant sets a high bar for quality dishes and exceptional bar offerings. Pantry Crest in Hillcrest has a lovely, secluded deck while Pantry West (Get it? “Crest” and “West”…) features a covered patio.
Rebel Kettle
This brewery in East Village has gotten rave reviews for burgers and brews. There’s covered and open-air outdoor seating in a backyard-style atmosphere, complete with an elevated stage for visiting bands.
Casa Manana
This Midtown mainstay has a great deck out back, and the chips, garlic beans, guac and salsa (verde and roja) are to die for.
Zaza Fine Salad & Pizza Co.
Another Midtown favorite, Zaza’s wood-fired pizzas and exclusive custom salads are deliciously enjoyed on their ever-popular patio.
42 Bar and Table
Awesome views of the lighted pedestrian bridge and Arkansas River, a menu with a delicious blend of local favorites and internationally-inspired cuisine… 42 Bar and Table is a great downtown destination for lunch or dinner.
DamGoode Pies
As their name says, their pizza is DamGoode. And so are the many craft beers they brew on site. Their deck is a great place to watch the sun go down over the Arkansas River, or take in a concert at the First Security Amphitheater.
La Terraza
This Venezuelan restaurant in the cool, tree-shaded Hillcrest neighborhood is a favorite of locals. Their multi-leveled deck is a great place to people-watch Bohemians in their native environment over paella.
Boulevard Bread Co.
This locally owned gourmet deli serves great lunchtime sandwiches and salads with sidewalk seating in the South Main area, while their trendy Heights location has a cozy patio open for lunch and a more extensive dinner menu.
