The Little Rock Tourism Ambassador Program was developed to foster a destination-wide network of best-in-class service and welcoming culture. It’s a commitment to not only serve our current visitors, but to also encourage future visitors. This benefits the tourism industry, the local economy, and most importantly, the front-line worker.
The Little Rock Tourism Ambassador Program will provide the knowledge and tools necessary to create a more memorable visitor experience. This is a certification, not just a training.
The program's curriculum is delivered through reading assignments and in-class programs.
